It feels good to be going back to work tomorrow. Nothing gives me more motivation to do the mundane tasks around the house than having an actual job to go to. When I'm not working, I can always do it the next day. Now, I have to do it today. So tons of laundry has been done, the floors have been cleaned, food has been bought and prepped until Wednesday. I must say I am quite impressed with myself : )

I haven't planned the whole week but here goes for now:
Breakfast: Cheerios with milk or Banilla Yogurt (it is delish), Coffee.
Lunch: PB&J, apple, blue corn chips, maybe corn chips
Water: lots of water!!!
Monday: Salsa Chicken (the soon to be hubs has requested Monday be some type of Mexican night)
Tuesday: Pork Chops with veggies
Wednesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs (Check Mo's blog for the make ahead Turkey Meatballs. Awesome)
Thursday: Mike is working at the FH so I'm on my own, maybe I'll grab some Sushi in Schenectady! Woohoo! Or trick Kim into inviting me over for dinner so I can see her cute baby!
Friday: Copying Mo here- she makes homemade pizza every Friday. Mike makes great pizza so I think that is what we'll have.
Ok I lied. Looks like I have the whole week planned and didn't even mean to. Awesome.
And since laundry doesn't fold itself, I have to run and do that now. This blog post was pretty boring and certainly didn't change the world. Oh well.
